Our Story

Fire. Craft. Community.

Anchor & Ash opened in 2018 with a simple belief: the best restaurants feel like home. We built our kitchen around a wood-fired hearth, our bar around honest craft, and our dining room around the people of West Michigan. Every dish is seasonal, every cocktail is made by hand, and every night is worth remembering.
